Ketchup?

My Mexican side recoils at the thought of making this dish, my husband's favorite - Sloppy Joes! Cooking with ketchup? Oh no, no, no. In 24 years of marriage, this is only the second time I've made this version of it, even though it's requested at least every couple of years. I know, I ain't getting no wife of the year award. HA!
